A trip to Paris

Often called the most romantic city in the world, modern Paris is a melting pot of cultures, art and history set against some of Europe’s most iconic landmarks. Aside from the world famous Eifel tower (get there early to avoid the queues, don’t miss the Louvre art gallery, the many markets and chic boutiques and a stroll down the endless Champs Elysees. Here you’ll find many café’s that are perfect for relaxing and people watching. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy at the famous Galeries Lafayette or the St-Ouen flea market (the largest of its kind in the world) at the other end of the scale.
Paris is easily reached by Eurostar from London, and has 3 main airports. It’s a flat city but large so renting a bike can be a great way to get around. The metro system is one of the worlds best so getting around is a breeze.
