Many people spend weeks and even months getting ready for their holiday, this may be buying new clothes, stocking up on the sun tan lotion or even getting their body toned and beach ready. Some people go on drastic diets and work outs trying to get themselves at their ideal weight and shape for the bikini, but when you actually go away do you still need to carry on with dieting and strict exercise routine?
Exercise is important for all of us regardless of our shape and size along with healthy eating. Crash diets and over exhaustion can be very damaging to our health so needs to be done in the correct way. When you are away on holiday the last thing you want to be considering is dieting, so I would always recommend eating and drinking what you want but trying to also stay healthy. Often it is not so much of what we eat but how much we eat that is the issue. Try having smaller portions and make sure that you eat plenty of fruit and veg.
